Eating One Hundred

Be mindful of the kindhearted soul passing by

Without his coat

Careful space; I’m mindful of the thoughts in our head

Breathing for air

Coldheavyhearted sleeps

Only to be awoken by the mindful spirit

Which grows in a garden of arteries

Be mindful of the design and structure of your heart

Although maintain a positive energy for thoughts about

Keeping it caring

Alert of the capabilities

Still continuing to challenge the limit

Be mindful of Love’s strength

The stranger fighting a greater battle a seat next to you

A  sweet friend on the bus

Save me a seat

Leaving and staying

The closeness is everything

I need to know

I’m home
